May 21 & 22nd RSGB 144MHz Contest Opting for a slightly smaller antenna system than usual for a number of reasons amongst them being the weather - lots of wind was on the menu and it delivered! Equipment worked faultlessly except when someone accidentally hit the mains off [isolator] switch for the whole part of the building.  All turned out OK but the logging computer / programme took some recussitating! After a flat, flat band and little activity we paused overnight for a few hours and restarted in the early hours of Sunday morning.  Sporadic E whilst being experienced by a couple of stations in the South East late on Saturfay afternoon, eluded our station. Leaving us playing catch up for the country multipliers and big scores. As of recent times our new member Paul M0WAF has played a major part in the operating during this contest and seemed to thoroughly enjoy his time on the mic.   Here are two photos from the event -     Scores and further info to follow.
